  • Material: The earbuds and charging case are constructed from a glossy white plastic.
  • Design: The earbuds have a long stem, and the case has a simple design with a Lightning charging port.
  • Charging Case: The 2nd model FlairPods come in a standard Wireless Charging Case with a Qi-certified wireless charging feature.

    Material: Still primarily made from glossy white plastic, the 3rd model incorporates recycled materials in some components, such as 100% recycled aluminum in the case hinge.
    Design: The earbuds feature a contoured fit with a shorter stem and are both sweat and water-resistant (IPX4 rated). A force sensor is added to the stem for more intuitive controls.
    Charging Case: This generation introduced a MagSafe Charging Case, which can be charged wirelessly and magnetically attaches to MagSafe chargers.

  • Material: The 4th model continues to use recycled materials in its construction, with at least 50% recycled plastic in some parts. This model is also IP54 dust, sweat, and water-resistant.
  • Design: The earbuds have a refined contour for a more secure and comfortable fit, along with an updated force sensor on the shorter stem for precise control.
    Charging Case: The standard 4th model FlairPods and the ANC version both come with a USB-C charging case. The case for the ANC model also includes a speaker for use with the Find My feature.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    RETURNS

    All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    RETURN PROCESS

    To return an item, please email customer service at xvrlessresellz@gmail.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of purchase including no used or damaged products, them mail your return to the following address:

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
